🚨🚨 SN Energie - Comrade aid in Glarnerland takes effect!
First responders from the Klausen Pass to the Linth plain.
The canton of Glarus is also jokingly referred to as the "Zigerschlitz". This nickname refers on the one hand to the narrow valley, which looks like a "slit", and on the other to the fact that a unique cheese called Ziger has been produced there since 1463. Customers of Uepaa AG, such as Stöckli AG, Kopter AG, Immosupport and SN Energie AG, are also located in the middle of this valley.
SN Energie has been active in the production, trading and transmission of electrical energy for over 90 years. Around 50 employees at the St.Gallen and Schwanden sites ensure that the energy supply meets demand. The on-call organization is available around the clock, from the Klausen Pass to the Linth plain. The Uepaa Safety App is used to provide additional protection when working alone.

🇨🇭 A SWISS LABEL product (100% CH quality)
Due to the narrowness of the valley, employees rely not only on the dead man function of the Uepaa app, which is connected to the 24/7 emergency call center, but also on the companion help function. This function automatically searches for other Uepaa users in the vicinity. Last month, there was an incident in which an SN Energie employee was involved in an alarm via the Uepaa app - it was a lift fitter. Fortunately, it turned out to be a false alarm and the fitter was okay. Nevertheless, the additional protection provided by the Uepaa app was convincing and impressively demonstrated how valuable this function can be with increasing user density.
"I find that the app covers all requirements. I find the companion help function particularly useful"
Norman Scheidecker, SN Energie AG
SN Energie has been a long-standing customer since 2019. We would like to thank them for their trust and many years of cooperation and wish all employees continued safe working with the Uepaa app in the beautiful Glarus region.
