1.5 million customers rely on VBZ's smooth ticket purchasing process every day. Over 1000 ticket machines and more than 500 ticketing systems (on buses and at sales points) have to be monitored and maintained. The VBZ sales systems division takes care of this - 365 days a year.
Whether for early, late or on-call work, the Uepaa AG safety app is involved in around 6000 to 8000 assignments. The most lightweight lone worker protection for the employee's smartphone - maximum duty of care for the employer in accordance with Suva guidelines.
